First step is to have a daily skin care routine. Of course wrinkles are inevitable but point here is to keep them on bay as long as possible. There are some key things you can do in your daily routine to fight against wrinkles and ageing. Make sure you have a good cleansing routine and also make sure exfoliate couple of time a week to remove all the dead skin cells. Next you need to choose really good anti-ageing serum and moisturiser. Protect your skin from the sun. Remember it is very important for your skin.  The most important thing to fight against skin is UV damage. This is the worst thing for the skin. Always use sunscreen lotion when you are out in the sun even in the winter season.

Second step is to choose anti-ageing products. Around the age thirty your fight against wrinkles really begins. Choose your sunscreen and other anti-ageing products wisely. If you are using sunscreen and anti-ageing products with peptides and antioxidants then you are in the right path. Because these two make best combination. Peptides help reduce collagen production; antioxidants help to fight against the pollution, sun damage and all the negative things that attack the skin.

Next step is face massage. In addition to your anti-ageing skincare you need to do facial massage. Because it really helps your skin glow; also, helps skin regeneration, circulation and drainage. It is important you follow good face massage regimen to get the desired result.

Fourth step is about diet. Think about what you are eating. If you can increase your intake of oily fish you can actually get much more essential fats and omegas into your body. Fish like salmon, tuna or herring- these are great for the skin. Also in addition to that you can also increase your intake of antioxidants. Eat more antioxidants rich foods like spinach, blueberries and richly coloured foods because these foods are usually high in antioxidants.

According to the studies, certain health promoting agents of soy play vital role in promoting skin health. Research shows eating soy or soy products may help to heal sun damage and improve the skin’s structure and firmness. So, it’s a very effective anti-wrinkle food.

Lastly, the step five is all about your lifestyle. Think about your lifestyle. Lead life that is good for skin and overall health. Like smoking, it is really bad for the skin. It decreases the level of Vitamin C in the skin. It also causes lines and wrinkles. Think about alcohol as it is very ageing and dehydrating on the skin. Pollution, as you know damage skin so use antioxidants rich products to protect the skin. Protect yourself from the sun and use sunscreen on a daily basis.

Those are the 5 easy steps to avoid and prevent wrinkles. If you follow above mentioned steps you will be able to get rid of wrinkles quickly & effectively. If you use anti-wrinkle cream be sure that contains Hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid helps to keep the skin hydrated, fresh and wrinkle free.

Hair Care Tips for Women: Healthy Hair, Strong Hair, Beautiful Hair in Just 30 Days!

Chalking out a month long regimen from drab to fab.

You need to understand your hair – its nature, and what it really needs. Once you do that caring becomes easy. Break down hair care into a monthly regimen and stick to it regardless of any distractions. Here’s a monthly calendar for hair care resolutions that could help you find enduringly beautiful locks.

Resolution One: Shampoo Your Hair Regularly- Wash your hair with shampoo approximately about 4 times a week. Regular shampooing is a must because your scalp secrets sebum (The oily secretion of the sebaceous glands) everyday; which makes it oily and attracts grime. Use a shampoo that suites your hair type.

Resolution Two: Give Your Hair An Oil Massage- An oil message once a week is great way to restore your hair’s health. Use warm olive, almond, or coconut oil for a hair massage. One tablespoon of warm oil is enough for the massage then shampoo it off within an hour. Contrary to popular believe, lots of oil kept on overnight on the hair or for hours at length does not provide any extra benefits.

Resolution Three: Use A Hair Pack- We’re used to the practice of slathering an over-counter face pack every now and then to rejuvenate facial skin. The same benefits apply to see your hair as well. Use a hair pack once a week to repair and rejuvenate your hair. Keep the hair pack on for 10 minutes or 20 minutes if your hair is greasy and the rinse it off with warm water. Generally, dry hair tends to look frizzy after a wash, even after using conditioner. If you have dry hair then use hair serums for glossy and lustrous look.

Resolution Four: Use Hair Serum- As said in the last point, it is good to use hair serum, especially if you have dry hair. Apply coin-sized amount of non-greasy hair serum after shampooing and conditioning. A hair serum helps to lock the moisture into the cuticle layer.

Resolution Five: Trim Your Hair- the ends of your hair at least a couple of years old! Yes, it’s true – if you have long hair. Most women with long hair may not realise that the ends of their hair could have been that much old! Old hair tends to look frayed and develops unsightly slit ends, which can totally detract from its overall appearance. Trim your hair once a month. Clipping the edges of your hair once every 25 to 30 days would help you to maintain a hairstyle.

Resolution Six: Treat Your Hair to a Monthly Spa Experience- This is a wake up call for those who have put their hair through the wringer even once! Perms, straightening, ironing, and colouring can cause irreversible thermal damage to your hair. This doesn’t mean that you should stop; it means you need to look out for your hair some more.
Give your hair a spa treatment once a month to reverse or at least nullify the effects of over-processing and chemical treatments. This is a 30 minutes treatment that strengthens the cuticles (the outer layer) of your hair.

For natural treatment of hair check out the benefits of coconut milk for hair.

This is a researched article written especially for women. Go through these techniques and you will be benefited. Of course, it’s always good to consult with your hairdresser before applying any techniques.

Getting Beautiful Skin Naturally: The Home Remedies

How do you go about selecting the right moisturizer from among the umpteen choices before you? Here are some handy tips on picking the right kind of moisturizer for your skin.

It is a common misconception that moisturizers actually hydrate the skin. The truth is, moisturizers act by locking in the skin’s own moisture to prevent dryness and cracking. The more oil a moisturizer contains the more effective it is in protecting your skin.

Usually moisturizers are classified into two types – Oil-in-water and Water-in-oil emulsions. The moisturizer you select should suit your skin type. For normal skin, a water-based moisturizer containing a little oil is suitable. For oily skin always use an oil-free product.

For combination skin, one needs to use an oil-free product on greasy areas and a light moisturizer on the normal to dry areas. Skin that is slightly dry may need only a moisturizer whereas very dry skin may benefit from a greasy emollient two to three times a day. Dry skin lacks natural oils and plant oil-based products will help to set this imbalance right.

Check the label on your moisturizer. Go for the most natural one. Stay away from scented products.
A moisturizer is best applied regularly and liberally twice a day. Moisturizers are most effective when they are applied to moist skin, for example following a bath or a shower. Always use an upward circular motion to apply the moisturizer on your skin.
